Shipping policy

If you choose to have your purchase shipped to you, you will choose this option during checkout and it will ship to the address provided at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view your exact shipping cost before completing checkout. 

• We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

• Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect addresses. 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, spilled, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
     1. Your order number
     2. Photos of the damaged packaging and contents 
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please keep the original packaging for carrier claims if requested.
