Refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods on our website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us. 

You are required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that your are requesting a refund on. Please contact us to receive the address to ship your purchase back to us. We can evaluate your refund once we have received your purchase. 

Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if:
     1. The item is unopened and in its original condition
     2. The customer covers return shipping costs 
Opened or partially used grain bags are not eligible for return.
